Northwood Synagogue consists of a three storey front block on deep trench fill foundations with precast concrete ground and first floors which formed offices, meeting rooms and cloakroom facilities and a timber second floor Rabi's flat. Behind the front block was the main church hall which was constructed from pairs of steel frames propped onto an octagonal central light well with a ring beam tie and infill blockwork. |
